Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate in Marketing Medical Writing activities, including marketing materials, training materials and contributing to the management of the company’s social media platforms
- Represent business voice, leverage medical platforms, and support implementation and maintenance of Medical Communication processes
- Being the coordinator of Medical Research Projects & other Medical Activities, including external educational activities and internal training
- Management of Medical Communications and Materials such as scientific slide decks and invites for medical events
- Participating and presenting in medical events
- Collaborate in commercial activities
- Identify, coordinate, and execute Training for medical teams according to business demand
- Scientific Trainer to the sales representatives utilising approved Sales Training materials
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctor in Medicine or similar
- Experience in Pharma setting or Medical organisations, with an innovative and a scientific-driven mentality
- Excellent understanding of medical research and medical communication activities
- Demonstrated abilities in project management or operational experience
- Experience and competencies in Medical Projects. Open to innovation and willing to drive change
- Advanced written and oral English level
- Good computer and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proactivity and ability to think creatively and competency to initiate and manage medical projects
- Solution-oriented working style under consideration of medical governance and Scientific Engagement
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, written, and oral communications skills. Ability to develop relationships based upon trust and mutual respect

- Writing, editing, and reviewing regulatory clinical documents (e.g., concept sheets, study protocols, and clinical study reports) in compliance with current clinical guidelines and accepted general practices
- Preparation and submission of original research documents (peer-reviewed manuscripts, conference abstracts, oral presentations, and presentations in poster format, and manuscript)
- Critical assessment, interpretation, summary, and visualization of statistical data from clinical studies
- Critical review of the scientific literature across medical and scientific fields
- Compliance with Security Policies, Procedures, and Manuals established by the company and other local and international regulations
Skills, experience and qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a biomedical or life science discipline (e.g., medicine, pharmacy, biology, etc.)
- PhD and/or prior research experience in a biomedical or life science discipline is desirable
- At least 3 years of experience in the development and submission of peer-reviewed, original research manuscripts
- Prior pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, and/or research institution experience
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in the use of specialized software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), referencing and citation software (e.g., Endnote, Mendeley), and data visualization software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator)
- Confident, proactive, and client-oriented skills
- Works independently in cross-functional working groups
- Works effectively under time-pressure
- Willingness to occasionally travel to client meetings and congresses
